Being a hopeless romantic with a love of writing and a keen sense of humour, I have a genuine passion for my role as a celebrant on the Sunshine Coast. Creating ceremonies for couples seeking ‘a light-hearted, original ceremony’ whilst capturing and portraying their own personal love story is a constant source of joy and satisfaction for me. You will find my dedication to detail and organised manner will leave you free to relax on your wedding day enabling you to fully enjoy a moment in time that is as unique as you are.

My wedding ceremonies are usually around 20 minutes in length….they’re never boring, and they are lots of fun! I particularly like to use candles as symbolism to unite families, or remember loved ones who are no longer with us. I also use sand to symbolise blending families. Another ancient ritual is handfasting where the couples hands are tied together with ribbon or flax to symbolise their strong connection which can never be broken.
