We are passionate about keeping Australian lychees on the table all year round, be it in the form of fresh fruit or a value added product from our delicious range of award winning liqueurs, gluten and preservative free conserves, condiments and balsamic vinegars.
Our sweet sensual fresh lychees are in season from December to February, cold and fresh for an al-fresco summer repast.
When the season is over, that great taste of lychee can still be enjoyed with our Lychee Dessert Sauce added to your smoothie or drizzled over yoghurt for breakfast or vanilla ice cream later in the day. Our unique tasting Sweet Lychee Chilli Sauce can be used on anything from salad dressing to seafood, fish and any meat particularly pork and chicken.
What about nibblies at the end of the day with Nectarine Chutney or Zucchini Pickles and a cold glass of our smooth silky textured Tomarata Sensual Lychee Liqueur made from our very own luscious summer lychees? The dash of Queensland ginger in our Tomarata Sensual Lychee & Ginger Liqueur makes for a refreshing and tangy, tropical treat.
Hard to believe Christmas is just around the corner! It has been a busy year for us with shows, trade fairs and expos in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and our products continue to delight customers and judges in the fruit wine competitions.
We came away with two gold and two silver medals at the Perth IGA Royal Show 2012: Gold for our Lychee Liqueur, gold for Most Successful Commercial Exhibitor and Silvers for our Lychee & Ginger and Peach and Vanilla Liqueurs. Very rewarding.
