Then join us for a fun and interesting presentation and chat where we'll explain what the whole Paleo Lifestyle actually is (because, wait for it.. it's more than just food! Really!), focusing on a few of the main aspects, their benefits and how they can be easily added into a very busy lifestyle. Plus we'll help dispell some of the big myths around Paleo!
Food
How people ate in the Paleolithic era is the most natural way for humans and we'll explain just what it includes and how it's relevant in modern times. We're not caveman but we can eat similarly using many of the principles that still work well today.
Paleo can also be used to heal an unwell body. We share our personal experiences with healing through food and our take on how to achieve affordable, easy, tasty and sustainable Paleo cooking/eating.
Movement & Play
Natural movement and play are very useful tools for those wanting to heal, become well and find joy and ease in an area of life usually found to be boring and painful.
We'll dispell the myth that exercise is essential and explain why working out in a more natural way strengthens both the body and the mind, and creates more capability and confidence.
Unless you've experienced natural movement and play first-hand there's a good chance you don't know what it really is so we'll happily explain and enlighten you!
Nature Time & Barefoot
Why spending time barefoot and making the most of our natural surroundings improves overall health and happiness. From the backyard, the beach, to the forest... there are healing opportunities in all the natural environments around us.
Many of us think we're getting plenty of time outside in nature but we'll give you some ideas and inspiration you may not have already been aware of.
