Maroochy River
The Maroochy River starts on the slopes of the Blackall Range in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and flows through Eumundi before entering the ocean just north of Maroochydore. As well as being a beautiful feature of this area, the Maroochy River also has many recreational uses. A prime spot for water sports and fishing, it's also popular with the local wildlife including these pelicans.
